REASONABLE USE POLICY

LinkedPhone’s Entrepreneur and Small Business Plans (collectively, the “Plans”), are specially priced to be used by a single typical small business. In order to continue to offer the best possible pricing and avoid abuse of our services, LinkedPhone enforces a Reasonable Use Policy (the “Policy”) that restricts the use of the Plans. These restrictions will not apply to most businesses. However, abnormal use beyond what is normally experienced by typical small or home business customers may result in service termination at LinkedPhone’s sole discretion.

Generally, the Plans may not be used for any of the following:

• automated outbound calling, auto dialing, or robocalls;

• violating any applicable law

• providing false or deceptive information intended to impersonate another.

• using service to engage in, or in connection with, fraudulent activities.

• excessive call forwarding;

• telemarketing, unsolicited communications, or any other mass calling or texting for marketing purposes;

• automated texting( SMS or MMS) of any kind;

• sending same text message to large number of recipients via copy-paste or automation.

• abusive or unsolicited communications;

• high volume call centers or call farms;

• consistent excessive call lengths; and

• other calling patterns resulting in excessive number of minutes used per month or that would be inconsistent with reasonable small business use.

LinkedPhone reserves the right to terminate services immediately and without prior notice, in its sole discretion, if it determines that you have violated any of the above restrictions.

LinkedPhone reserves the right to change this Policy at any time. Changes shall become effective when a revised Policy is posted to LinkedPhone’s public website, linkedphone.com.
